This set of terms are in addition to the 'Terms & Conditions The Clinical Academy (TCA) For Students' and are specifically for purchases made online through the website www.theclinicalacademy.com only, whether made by telephone or self-serve.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASE & DELIVERY OF GOODS

If a delivery charge for your area/country is not listed then we will give you a separate delivery quote and your order may take longer to arrive.
Orders are normally prepared and sent out the same working day if the order is placed by 2.30pm. Any orders placed after 2.30pm will be prepared and sent out the following working day. Orders with a request for next day delivery arrive the day after so please allow time for your parcel to arrive.
All our parcels are sent using the Royal Mail tracked or other similar courier service. Signatures are not required as part of this service, parcel may be left in a safe place according to your instructions or may offer a different service based on your agreement with them. The Clinical Academy (TCA) is responsible for preparing and placing your order with our delivery ‘partner’. It is not responsible for your delivery or your receipt of orders. Any enquiries may be made to TCA who will then enquire with the delivery partner. You may need to contact the delivery partner directly to obtain further information depending on the place or country of delivery.
All Products are subject to availability. Some orders may be special order and are labelled 'ordered on request'or pre-order and will be dispatched when they are received into stock.
Special orders or Ordered on Request items once the order is made cannot be cancelled or returned for refund unless faulty.
A contract is made between us and the Purchaser as follows:
If you have provided us with a valid e-mail address we will send you an acknowledgement of that order by e-mail. This will set out the Product(s) ordered. Please note that this is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from us.
Your order may not be accepted for the following reasons:
We reserve the right to reject for any reasonable and lawful reason any offer to purchase by you at any time.
Payment
The Purchaser confirms that they have the right to make the payment and to use the method of payment elected by the Purchaser. If there is an issue with payment transaction for any reason we shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from the Website at any time and/or remove or alter the Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will notify you if the order is not accepted. We will not be liable for withdrawing any Product from the Website even if that Product has been ordered; nor shall we be liable for refusing to process a transaction even where processing has commenced.
Risk and title to the Products transfers to the Purchaser on receipt of payment.

Please note that certain items cannot be returned, which include: Microblades and Machine Hand Pieces (or whole unit in respect of Viva Digital, Symphony or Vega). Please make sure you are certain of your selection before making your purchase.
We are also unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used, except where warranty cases have been agreed.

Discount Vouchers
1.1 These terms and conditions (together with any relevant documents referred to in them (including the Website terms of use)) set out the terms relating to the redemption of Promotional Discount Voucher.
The details of the promotional discount will be set out in the description of the specific promotion and the specific terms and conditions for the Discount Voucher.
Please note that our standard terms and conditions of sale apply in respect of any orders placed using Discount Voucher and the Website terms of use for using our site also apply.
1.2 By confirming your order using the Discount Voucher you are accepting these terms and conditions. Any terms which you seek to impose in respect of the order for Discount through this site will not form part of any contract between us. 1.3 To the extent that there is any conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy the following order of precedence will apply:

2.1 How To Redeem Discount Voucher - You must sign up via the web address (www.theclinicalacademy.com) shown on the Discount Voucher when placing your order online.
2.2 Only one Discount Voucher can be used per order.
2.3 You cannot use a Discount Voucher in conjunction with any other sales discounts or promotional offers unless the specific terms relating to the Promotional Discount Codes state that you can combine the Promotional Discount code with other offers.
2.4 Generally, Discount Vouchers can only be used for one order.
2.5 The Discount Voucher will expire on the date specified in the specific terms relating to the Discount Voucher, or before subject to availability of which we will notify you via the website. You cannot use the Promotional Discount Voucher after this date.
2.6 Discount Vouchers have no cash redemption value.
2.7 Our standard terms and conditions of sale apply in respect of any orders placed using Discount Vouchers and the Website terms of use for using our site also apply.
2.8 We reserve the right to vary or discontinue any Discount Voucher scheme at any time.
3.1 We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions of sale from time to time including: to reflect changes affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our site's capabilities.
3.2 You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions of sale in force at the time that you use your Discount Voucher, unless any change to those policies or these terms is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you).
These terms and conditions will be governed by English law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

6. PRODUCT WARRANTY
6.1. For Products which do not have a manufacturer's guarantee, the Seller provides a warranty that Products shall be free from material defects for the following periods, commencing in each case on the date of the Dispatch Confirmation:
Leads and connectors: 4 months
Equipment: 1 calendar year
However, this warranty does not apply in the circumstances described in clauses 6.2 and 6.3.
6.2. The warranty in clause 6.1 does not apply to any defect in the Products arising from:
6.2.1. fair wear and tear;
6.2.2. wilful damage, abnormal or improper use, storage or working conditions, accident, negligence by you or by any third party;
6.2.3. if you fail to operate or use the Products in accordance with the user instructions;
6.2.4. any alteration or repair by you or by a third party who is not one of our authorised repairers; or
6.2.5. any specification provided by you
6.3. The warranty in clause 6.1 does not apply to
6.3.1. consumables, such as replaceable batteries;
6.3.2. any Product which has been opened or tampered with (except to replace batteries); or
6.3.3. any Product with an illegible serial number.
6.4. If you are a consumer, this warranty is in addition to your legal rights in relation to Products that are faulty or not as described. You should take appropriate legal advice if in any doubt.
