If a delivery charge for your area/country is not listed then we will give you a separate delivery quote and your order may take longer to arrive.
Orders are normally prepared and sent out the same working day if the order is placed by 2pm. Any orders placed after 2pm will be prepared and sent out the following working day. Orders with a request for next day delivery arrive the day after so please allow time for your parcel to arrive.
The Royal Mail should not leave your parcel without a signature although you(the purchaser) may have made other arrangements that you agreed that they may leave them in a safe place. The Clinical Academy (TCA) is responsible for preparing and placing your order with our delivery ‘partner’. It is not responsible for your delivery or your receipt of orders. Any enquiries may be made to TCA who will then enquire with the delivery partner. You may need to contact the delivery partner direct to obtain further information.
All Products are subject to availability.
A contract is made between us and the Purchaser as follows:
the Products are placed on the Website as an invitation to treat only;
the Purchaser places the order on the Website by emailing us, clicking an order key or by calling us and this is your offer to purchase the Products;
once payment is received and cleared through our bank account your offer to purchase the Products shall be deemed accepted.
If you have provided us with a valid e-mail address we will send you an acknowledgement of that order by e-mail. This will set out the Product(s) ordered. Please note that this is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from us.
Your order may not be accepted for the following reasons:
the Product ordered is not in stock;
you are not a Registered Studio;
you were not eligible to make an order in accordance with the Conditions;
you are not eligible under any relevant laws, regulations, statute or similar to purchase and/or sell the Products;
we could not acquire the necessary authorisation for payment or we discovered a problem receiving your payment;
there was an error with the description of the Products or matters relating to the Products.
We reserve the right to reject for any reasonable and lawful reason any offer to purchase by you at any time.
The Purchaser confirms that they have the right to make the payment and to use the method of payment elected by the Purchaser. If there is an issue with payment transaction for any reason we shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from the Website at any time and/or remove or alter the Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will notify you if the order is not accepted. We will not be liable for withdrawing any Product from the Website even if that Product has been ordered; nor shall we be liable for refusing to process a transaction even where processing has commenced.
Risk and title to the Products transfers to the Purchaser on receipt of payment.
The Purchaser must:
provide their real name, studio name, position within the business, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information;
provide a delivery address.
Returns & Refunds
In placing an order for a course or delivery of products with TCA, the individual acknowledges all terms listed above.
The details of the promotional discount will be set out in the description of the specific promotion and the specific terms and conditions for the Discount Voucher.
1.2 By confirming your order using the Discount Voucher you are accepting these terms and conditions. Any terms which you seek to impose in respect of the order for Discount through this site will not form part of any contract between us. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before confirming your order. If you have any queries on these terms please contact us before ordering using a Discount Voucher.
1.4 We recommend that you print a copy of these terms and conditions for your future reference.
2.1 How To Redeem Discount Voucher - You must sign up via the web address (www.theclinicalacademy.com) shown on the Discount Voucher when placing your order online.
2.2 Only one Discount Voucher can be used per order.
2.3 You cannot use a Discount Voucher in conjunction with any other sales discounts or promotional offers unless the specific terms relating to the Promotional Discount Codes state that you can combine the Promotional Discount code with other offers.
2.4 Generally, Discount Vouchers can only be used for one order.
2.5 The Discount Voucher will expire on the date specified in the specific terms relating to the Discount Voucher, or before subject to availability of which we will notify you via the website. You cannot use the Promotional Discount Voucher after this date.
2.6 Discount Vouchers have no cash redemption value.
2.8 We reserve the right to vary or discontinue the Discount Voucher scheme at any time.
3.1 We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions of sale from time to time including: to reflect changes affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our site's capabilities.
3.2 You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions of sale in force at the time that you use your Discount Voucher, unless any change to those policies or these terms is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you).
These terms and conditions will be governed by English law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
