At The Clinical Academy (TCA) we have tried to keep returns simple. You have the right to return any unwanted goods up to a maximum period of 30 days after you receive the goods.
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items and by law you have the right to cancel the purchase of most items within 14 days without giving any reason. You also have statutory rights where goods are not as described, not fit for purpose or not of satisfactory quality.
We offer refunds as long as the goods are in resalable condition i.e. the goods are unused, unopened (if in sealed packaging) and in the original packaging.
Refunds issued are for the return of the goods only and any postage fees paid as part of the order are not included in the refunds policy unless the goods are faulty or the supply is a Clinical Academy error. In this situation, we will refund the original shipping fees paid and cost of return by the cheapest Sign for and Tracked method.
If you wish to return your goods you must inform us via letter or email, the address details for this can be found on our contact page. We are unable to accept cancellations by phone.
If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you are responsible for returning the goods at your own expense. You must make sure the goods are suitably packaged and we receive the goods in a sale-able condition.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving your goods.
We will always do our best to make sure orders arrive undamaged, but sometimes accidents can happen in transit. If you receive any damaged goods, please let us know immediately via any of the contact methods on our contact page and we will resolve the issue quickly.
