Refund policy

Appeals Policy regarding Assessment:

The Clinical Academy aims to ensure that all of its assessment and assessment results are fair and consistent and based on valid judgements. However, it recognises that there may be occasions when a learner may wish to question a decision made.

The Clinical Academy Limited will provide fair assessments but you can appeal if you think an assessment has been unfair. We have a clear appeals procedure, which includes:
A formal system of recording appeals:
 Prompt response within clearly stated times
 Stages that give all parties the opportunity to put their case
 Clear outcomes at each stage
 Constructive feedback to you, the candidate

At Shop PMU Beauty (SPB) we have tried to keep returns simple. You may return any unwanted goods up to a maximum period of 28 days after the date of your order.

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items and by law you have the right to cancel the purchase of most items within 14 days without giving any reason. You also have statutory rights if goods are not as described, not fit for purpose or not of satisfactory quality.

Please note that certain items cannot be returned, which include: Microblades and Machine Hand Pieces and power supplies (or whole unit in respect of Viva Digital, Symphony or Vega). Please make sure you are certain of your selection before making your purchase.

We are also unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used, except where warranty cases have been agreed.

We will offer a refund, exchange or credit note as long as the goods are in re-saleable condition i.e. the goods are unused, unopened (sealed packaging with safety seals in place where appropriate) and in the original packaging. When returning goods please ensure they are well packaged. Goods received back damaged will not be refunded.

Refunds issued are for the return of the goods only and any postage fees paid as part of the order are not included in the refunds policy unless the goods are faulty or the supply is a Shop PMU Beauty error. In this situation, we will refund the original shipping fees paid and cost of return by the cheapest Signed for and Tracked method.

If you wish to return your goods you must inform us via letter or email, the address details for this can be found on our contact page. We are unable to accept cancellations by phone.

If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you are responsible for returning the goods at your own expense. You must make sure the goods are suitably packaged and we receive the goods in a saleable condition.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving the goods back.

We will always do our best to make sure orders arrive undamaged, but sometimes accidents can happen in transit. If you receive any damaged goods, please let us know immediately via any of the contact methods on our contact page and we will resolve the issue quickly.
